An organization or individual offering services—such as assisting excavators and contractors in identifying private or unregistered utility facilities—and choosing to receive Center notifications.

Information Only

A local governmental entity, which does not own or operate any type of underground utility facilities within the State of Ohio, and choosing to receive Center notifications.
